 Does NOT run in 16 bit color.

Performance Hints
 - Make sure that hardware alpha blending is enabled for your video card. Most cards do support this mode, and it makes quite a difference (I use 3% CPU on my P4 1.4 when rendering). If you aren't sure how to turn it on, you can download WindowFX from Stardock. You probabably want to anyway, since you can add those sweet sweet drop shadows to your windows so it looks even more OS Xy ;)
- Not really performance related, but make sure you change the icons from the windows defaults to use the PNG replacements :)
